Management have requested and UNISON has agreed to some further talks regarding the impact of the terms and conditions dispute. We hope that these discussion may include some examination of those who have been worst hit by the changes and the impact on service delivery. We do not believe that management are considering reinstatement of the allowances or the enhancements, but we have agreed to hold talks to see if any mitigation or alternative ways of working can be found to mitigate against the losses our members working for the Council have suffered.
