Welcome to Walthamstow Day, 17th October......

Members of Walthamstow Migrants’ Action Group will be standing with balloons and handing out leaflets to promote the message that “Walthamstow is a welcome place!” The leaflet will contain very important information on immigration officers’ stop and search operation as well as information about the group. They would like as many volunteers as possible to join the action. They will be meeting at Art Cafe on Hoe Street at 4.30pm before heading to Walthamstow Central Bus/Tube Station.
