Waltham Forest TUSC newsletter 4

How do we continue in the legacy of Bob Crow and Tony Benn?

In recent weeks workers have lost two outstanding socialist leaders in RMT general secretary Bob Crow (read more here) and Labour left Tony Benn. Tony Benn became more and more horrified at the way Labour in recent years had adopted anti-working class policies like privatisation and Bob played an important role in setting up the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition. TUSC is an electoral alliance to challenge the politicians of all three main parties who all adopt the same policies – make working class people pay for the greed of the finance houses and the banks. We must organise a serious fightback.

How can we develop that work in Waltham Forest through a TUSC electoral challenge in the May local elections?

Public meeting – 7.30pm Thursday 27 March, William Morris Community Centre, Greenleaf Road, Walthamstow E17 6QQ
