Reject NJC pay proposals

2.2% – NOT SO MUCH AN OFFER, MORE OF AN INSULT

“Many UNISON members up and down the country feel disappointed that the strike last week was called off so that members could be consulted on the new offer from the employers. This offer does not meet any of our aspirations. It does not get all members on to the Living Wage as a minimum; it does not offer much more that the original 1% offer, because it is only payable from January 2015 and ties us up until April 2016 and it does not do anything to address the blatantly unfair pay system that we currently have where our Chief Executive can get an 8% pay increase as a reward for cutting jobs and pitting people out of work.

So, if you feel annoyed about the current situation and the unfair pay offer you will be asked to consider later this week, then please follow these links,
