Following discussions with HR we have been told that the first unconsolidated lump sum payment should be in our December pay packets. The increase in salary will be included in the January pay packet and is only payable from 1st January 2015. The second unconsolidated lump sum payment should be in our pay for April 2015 and the pay increase for the year 2015/16 will be implemented in April 2015 payable from 1st April 2015.
