Parliamentary debate on blacklisting, Westminster Hall, 5th September 1:30pm......

Blacklisting will be debated again by MPs in parliament in September after Chuka Umunna secured a Westminster Hall debate. This parliamentary procedure will last around 90 minutes and allows Chuka and other MPs who attend to ask questions of the government minister.

Inquest into death of Marian Nemit who died re-fitting a shop in Leyton......

Romanian Marian died after a wall collapsed on him whilst working on a shop conversion job at the Bakers Arms in Leyton on 14 April 2015.

The inquest into his death will be held at the Coroners Court, Queen’s Rd, E17 on 12 and 13 September 2017.

Waltham Forest Trades Council has noted Marian’s death every Workers Memorial Day and will be attending the hearing.
