Fight the TU Bill......
The trade union movement is facing the most vicious attack for decades in the form of the Trade Union bill which is currently going through parliament. Initially the Bill was to restrict strike action but more and more measures are being added. These include stopping the deduction of union subs from salaries, allowing agency workers to carry out the work of strikers, threatening pickets and protesters with ASBO’s and restricting our political funds making it more difficult to campaign on various issues.
