DEAN KEMA works for Waltham Forest (Children and Young Peoples Services). She has been a unison member for over 5 years. She is a member of the BMGCC (Black members group co-ordinating committee) a self organised group.
She has completed the necessary training to enable her to become a shop Steward for her branch.
She is an experienced mediator, and she occasionally supports colleagues by accompanying them to informal meetings with management regarding issues of concern.
