All 3 Council unions will be lobbying the last Full Council meeting prior to the summer holidays on 21st July from 6pm. Please make every effort to attend. UNISON, GMB and UNITE members gathered together at lunchtime on Thursday 30 June to protest against Council plans to cut pay by up to 2%, opt out of national collective bargaining, cut sick pay and reduce annual leave, amongst a host of other proposals designed to make Council workers work harder and longer for less.
