Last night, 14^th September 2011, the so called ‘Staffing Committee’ consisting of 4 councillor’s, Cllr Afzal Akram (labour), Cllr Clare Coghill (labour) Cllr Karen Bellamy (labour) and Cllr Matt Davis (Conservative) decided to rubber stamp the proposals to cut the terms and conditions of the workforce.
