As always Workers Memorial Day is on 28th April 2012. This year it falls on a Saturday so our branch will be running two events. UNISON has written to all the Chief Executives and Council leaders across the land calling on all Council’s to honour the £250 pay rise promised by the Government for all those earning below £21,000 a year back in the 2010 budget.
