A public meeting will be held at Harmony Hall in Truro Road, Walthamstow, at 7.30pm on Tuesday March 7. Campaigners have called a public meeting to confront the “rise in racism” after the election of Donald Trump.

Following the lobby of Parliament by the Women Against State Pension Inequality (WASPI) campaign on 8th March, UNISON will be further supporting the campaign by holding a drop-in session in Committee Room 16 from 3pm – 5pm.
The drop-in is an opportunity for Parliamentarians to come and demonstrate their support for the campaign, as well as learn more about the impact of the state pension age changes on UNISON members.
We would encourage as many UNISON members to attend the drop-in as possible.
Bosses can only class their workers as self employed if they bid for work and decide how to carry it out, conciliation service Acas says in new guidance.
