Inquest date set for Romanian Marian Nemit, killed whilst working in Leyton

17-18 July, Walthamstow Coroner’s Court, Queens Road, London E17

Marian Nemit, 21, died when a wall collapsed on him whilst re-furbishing a shop at The Bakers’ Arms on 14 April 2015. Marian was on his first day at work at this site having travelled from his home in Romania.

The case has been investigated by the police and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Coroner has now set a date for a full jury hearing into the circumstances of Marian’s death.
