Another summons but will Dow attend the Bhopal court?

Ms.Amy Wilson, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel at The Dow Chemical Company, is summoned to the Bhopal Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Court on November 15th.
Ms.Wilson is required to explain why Dow does not produce its wholly owned subsidiary, the Union Carbide Corporation, to answer for its part in the Bhopal Disaster. Carbide faces criminal prosecution for ‘culpable homicide not amounting to murder’ but has never answered the charges.
