Council sitting on £4.3m that could be owed to council tenants......

TENANTS who were overcharged on their water bill could be entitled to a pot of £4.3million – but Waltham Forest Council is sitting on the money. 

The council is fighting a high court ruling made in 2016 and says it is “seeking legal advice.”  Click here to read more.
