The pattern of coronavirus infections and deaths among London’s bus drivers and other transport staff will be examined in a new study after 33 lost their lives.
Transport for London has commissioned the research, which mayor Sadiq Khan said would ensure every possible measure was taken to protect “heroic” staff.
The two-part study will see TfL work with University College London (UCL) to “better understand the pattern of coronavirus infections and deaths among London’s bus workers”. Click here to read more.
