Just before 7 am on Monday 28th October a large section of scaffolding collapsed in Francis Road, Leyton. Amazingly no-one was killed or injured. The HSE decided not to investigate as there were no injuries. However, this Branch feels that there ought to be an investigation and so has contacted Building Control to find out what was done and also whether Dragon Scaffolding, the contractors, are carrying out any other works in the Borough. This Branch wants to know what measures have been taken to avoid this happening again. When we receive the answers to our question we will let you know.
